We guarantee that all artwork and websites will be completed at the agreed upon time that we contract for providing the client meets his/her obligation to answer questions, provide approval, make editing suggestions and generally be available as part of the development stage of design.  This availability includes, but is not limited to answering emails within a reasonable period of time so the design process can continue at a reasonable pace suggested by the time frame allowed for the project.

The client agrees that he/she is a vital part of the design project and as such must be available to provide approval and direct the design that is being created on his/her behalf. The client must be accessible for this critical portion of the design as scheduled completion dates cannot be met without the clients input.

Client accessibility means that a request for development approval must be forthcoming before design development can continue; E.G. if a client does not give the designer approval during a critical stage of development the project will come to a halt until approval or editing requests are forthcoming.

The client understands that the designer’s time is valuable and if the client is not accessible and/or delays approval for a project by poor communication the designer will continue working on other projects until such a time as the client become available and responds to approval or other requests sent by the designer. 

Rush jobs
The client must provide our designers with as much information as possible to give the designer a good understanding of what is required. EG: color preferences, a thorough description of the project, words to be used etc. Providing the client is prompt with replies and approval/editing the job will be completed on schedule as promised.
